PorchLight was founded in 2005 by partners Amy and Carol Bayer. Already successful real estate agents themselves, Amy and Carol saw a need for a brokerage that provided more personalized, comprehensive services for both agents and their clients. What began as a two-woman team is now an empowered group of 180+ thoughtful, well-supported agents, offering real estate services tailored to meet the needs of each client.
