We Made the List…Again!
The Denver Post released its list of Top Workplaces for 2021 and thanks to our staff and agents, PorchLight Real Estate Group is thrilled to be ranked at #13 for Top Midsize Companies—and even more thrilled that we've now made this elite list for 8 years in a row. Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal with only 150 companies making this year’s list!
This Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback (both agents and staff) gathered through a third-party survey and administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, coaching, engagement, leadership, and connection, just to name a few.

PorchLight was founded by partners Amy and Carol Bayer. Already successful real estate agents themselves, Amy and Carol were frequently faced with the challenge of focusing all of their energy on working with clients—or taking care of themselves and their family.
What they saw was a need for a local, independent brokerage that made its own rules. One that provided more personalized, comprehensive service and more support for both agents and their clients. Thus, what began as a two-woman team is now an elite group of 150+ knowledgeable and thoughtful agents, offering concierge-style services tailored to meet the needs of each client.
PorchLight Real Estate agents are able to live balanced, fulfilling lives outside of real estate while still providing first-class service to every client and operating a thriving business.
