DENVER, CO (May 20, 2021) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, a residential brokerage serving the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, announced the opening of its sixth office at 455 Main Street in the heart of Longmont, Colorado. This is the latest initiative in PorchLight’s plan to increase market share across the Front Range.
Twelve agents have already selected the Longmont office to be their home base with new agents coming on board at a rapid pace. PorchLight’s staffed office provides a full range of agent and client support, including administrative, business and marketing services.
The goal is to ensure new and current agents who live in the Boulder County area (and beyond) have a more convenient home office so that they can provide the highest level of client service, maintain a healthy work/life balance and continue to grow their businesses in new areas.
This move will also give the Longmont community greater access to Realtors who reside in and know the local market, have successfully negotiated transactions in the area, and are invested in helping their neighbors and clients make smart housing decisions.

Also in progress is the migration of the company’s Denver Tech Center office to a more central location at Belleview Station. This repositioning will provide greater visibility and the opportunity for agents to create a greater connection with the community.
Future offices are currently being planned to serve even more communities north of Boulder, as well as central Denver neighborhoods and suburban areas to the south.
