This is the sixth year in a row that PorchLight has earned the top spot from the Denver Business Journal.
PorchLight also made the top 10 for ColoradoBiz Magazine’s 2021 list of top 100 Woman-Owned Companies in the state. Their #9 spot made the brokerage the highest-ranking residential real estate company on the list.
These recent awards are in addition to PorchLight winning the DBJ’s Small Business Awards 2021 in the Extra-Large category and being named a Top Workplace by the Denver Post for the eighth year in a row.
Winning the Denver-Area LGBTQ-Owned Companies award required submitting a questionnaire that included information on the brokerage’s revenue and the number of employees. The Denver area encompasses Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties. ColoradoBiz Magazine rankings were based on revenue and percentage of growth.
