The Best Coffee Shops in Denver and Boulder

Best coffee in denver and boulder - PorchLight Real Estate Group

Need Caffeine? Let's Talk Coffee in Denver and Boulder.

While most folks have a pretty standard workweek, real estate agents often work around the clock.

Open houses on weekends, meeting with sellers and taking buyers to private showings seven days a week. Plus paperwork, analytics, presentations, as well as answering emails and texts from other agents, clients and contacts.

It's no wonder that our brokers know the best places for coffee in Denver and Boulder. And here, we'll share their favorite places to fuel up.

Now, before heading out to one of these tried and true, locally owned cafes, let's go over your options. While a plain cup of drip coffee is certainly a praise-worthy, classic beverage, there are all kinds of options to explore.

  • Latte – One shot of espresso with steamed milk, topped with foam. Can be customized with flavored syrups.
  • Cappuccino – Espresso shot with more foam than steamed milk, plus a dusting of cocoa powder or cinnamon.
  • Americano – Espresso is diluted in hot water, giving you a flavor somewhat similar to drip coffee.
  • Cortado – Nearly equal parts espresso and steamed milk with little to no foam. Smaller in size than a latte.
  • Espresso / Doppio – One shot or a double shot of straight espresso, hold the bells and whistles.
  • Mocha – Similar to a latte, this treat includes the addition of sweet chocolate sauce and maybe whipped cream.
  • Cold Brew – Grounds steeped in water for 6-36 hours then diluted with water or cold milk and served over ice.
  • Flat White – Double espresso shots with lightly frothed, steamed milk and no foam.

So, now that you know how to tackle the menu, here are a few suggestions from our PorchLight agents for superior coffee, lattes, cold brew drinks and more in Boulder and Denver.

Kaladi Coffee Roasters, Englewood | Website
