While the company previously operated from a nearby office park, the larger and more centralized location at 6759 E Belleview Avenue will enable agents to better connect with and serve the South Denver community by being more visible and easily accessible.
Under construction over the summer, this larger space opened on Tuesday and provides a full range of agent and client support, including administrative, business and marketing services. The move is part of PorchLight’s plan to increase its market share across the Front Range. In May, the brokerage also opened its sixth office in the heart of Longmont at 455 Main Street.
