DENVER, CO (March 10, 2022) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, a residential brokerage serving the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, was honored with multiple awards at the 44th Annual Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards ceremony held on March 9th at the Grand Hyatt in Denver.
In the 11-30 agents category, PorchLight's DTC office ranked #3 for Sales Production and #2 for Number of Transactions. In the 31-50 agents category, the brokerage's Highlands office ranked #4 in Sales Production and #5 for Number of Transactions. And PorchLight's Cherry Creek team was #4 for Sales Production and Number of Transactions in the 51-75 agents category.
In addition, 26 individual agents were honored along with three partnerships and one team.
Despite numerous challenges throughout 2021, including low housing inventory and widespread buyer competition, the brokerage and its nearly 200 agents served 1,811 clients and achieved $1.15 Billion in production.
