Broadway Building Sold Ahead of Q3 Broomfield Opening
DENVER, CO (May 24, 2022) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, a local residential real estate brokerage serving the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, announced today that it is expanding with a new Broomfield location slated to open in Q3 of this year. Located in the Arista Center, the 3,800+ square-foot space will operate as a full-service agent office and a new headquarters for its staff.
PorchLight’s Co-CEOs, Amy and Carol Bayer, decided it was time to move company headquarters from its Golden Triangle location on Broadway in Denver to a more centralized site to better serve its agents in both Denver and Boulder, as well as its Longmont office which opened in May of 2021. As an agent-centric brokerage, the space will be designed to encourage direct interaction and feedback from agents.
“It’s an exciting time for PorchLight,” said Amy Bayer. “We’re growing exponentially and with that growth comes the need to up-level operations. We’ll soon have an amazing office where staff can get to know agents and their needs better. It’s also a high-visibility location with room for company and public events, as well as agent education. We’re looking forward to serving the Broomfield community and beyond.”
In preparation, the brokerage has recently sold its building at 838 Broadway to the LOR Foundation, a non-profit that works with rural communities in the Mountain West, and plans to open its Broomfield office in the fall of 2022. PorchLight also maintains fully staffed agent offices in Cherry Creek, Highlands, DTC, Boulder and Longmont.
In the near future, the brokerage plans to secure a second warehouse and double its Listing Services capabilities, an in-house department that provides staging and cleaning for its home sellers. The company is currently searching for a space that will serve agents, clients, and future offices in northern Colorado markets.
