Since we opened 17 years ago, we’ve invested an immense amount of time, effort and resources into perfecting our systems. Because of this, you’ll partner with an agent focused on you, not the business details. They will be fully engaged and guide you in making smart real estate decisions.
Our skilled and well-supported agents are also available to assist you just about anywhere across the Front Range. Over time, our reputation for excellence and a growing team has enabled us to open six offices from Longmont to the Denver Tech Center. Agents assist with buying and selling in the foothills and mountains, as well as properties in Fort Collins and even Colorado Springs.
With so much progress under our belt, it was vital that our brand kept pace and more accurately reflected who we are and what we offer…better agents who do better business and live better lives. Using vibrant colors, a distinguished logo and messaging that clearly communicates our core values to both agents and clients, we endeavor to stand out in the marketplace.

A Company Rooted in Change
PorchLight was founded in 2005 by partners Amy and Carol Bayer. Already successful real estate agents themselves, Amy and Carol saw a need for a brokerage that provided more personalized, comprehensive services for both agents and their clients.
What began as a two-woman team has grown into an empowered group of nearly 200 thoughtful and well-supported agents, offering real estate services tailored to meet the needs of each client.
Our mission is to create a positive culture with the most knowledgeable, principled real estate professionals who consistently provide a full-service experience to every client. PorchLight also proactively seeks out opportunities to support and give back to the community we love.

Serving Denver, Boulder and beyond, we provide a first-class experience to buyers, sellers, and those relocating to or from the area. Our team of professionals takes care of the details, ensuring clients have a knowledgeable, on-top-of-it agent by their side from start to finish.

Operating out of six offices, our headquarters is located in Broomfield with agents supported at staffed offices in Boulder, Longmont, Cherry Creek North, Highlands Square and DTC.
