DENVER, CO (March 11, 2024) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, a residential brokerage serving the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, was honored with multiple awards at the 46th Annual Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards ceremony held on March 7th at the Sewall Ballroom at the Colorado Performing Arts Center.
In the 11-30 agents category, PorchLight's DTC office ranked #4 for Sales Production and #3 for Number of Transactions. In the 31-50 agents category, the brokerage's Highlands office ranked #5 in Sales Production and #5 for Number of Transactions.
In addition, 18 individual agents were honored along with three partnerships and one team.
Despite numerous challenges throughout the last year, including higher mortgage rates, inflation and market rebalancing, the brokerage and its nearly 200 agents served almost 2,000 clients and achieved $917.9 Million in production.
