Brokerage Climbs the RealTrends 500 Rankings in Volume and Sides
BROOMFIELD, CO (April 8, 2024) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, an independent, residential real estate brokerage serving the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, announced that it has moved up in the rankings for the 2024 RealTrends 500 which compiles and verifies transaction sides and closed sales volume to identify the country’s top brokerages, teams and agents.
Despite a year of higher interest rates and a slowing housing market, PorchLight achieved the following RealTrends rankings:

- National Volume: #308 (312 in 2023)
- National Independent Brokerage: #122 (127 in 2023)
