Over a Decade on the List
PorchLight Real Estate Group is excited to announce that we've made the Denver Post's list of Top Workplaces for 2024. Because of our amazing staff and brilliant agents, we've now been included on this elite list for 11 years in a row.
Top Workplaces rankings are based on employee feedback (both agents and staff) gathered through a third-party survey and administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, coaching, engagement, leadership, and connection, just to name a few.

How PorchLight Got Here
PorchLight was established by partners Amy and Carol Bayer, both accomplished real estate professionals who often found themselves having to choose between fully serving their clients or making time for their own well-being and families.
Recognizing a gap in the market, they envisioned a local, independent brokerage that could break away from traditional models—one that prioritized high-level support and truly personalized service for both agents and their clients. What started as a two-person operation has since grown into a premier team of nearly 200 experienced, service-driven agents delivering a concierge-style experience tailored to each client’s unique needs.
At PorchLight, agents are empowered to build successful businesses while also maintaining balance and fulfillment in their personal lives.
