  • Regular Check-ins: We touch base every 30 days to ensure continued promotion and address any needs.
  • Listing Coordinator Support: Dedicated coordinators manage logistics while PorchLight carries the expense, lifting the burden from agents.
  • Transaction Coordination: We ensure compliance and attention to detail, aiding agents in excelling in their transactions and bringing them to close. 
  • Database and Social Media Services: We assist with administrative duties, including maintaining and loving contacts on birthdays, home anniversaries, and more. This helps agents avoid hiring an assistant while ensuring their clients feel appreciated and valued.
