DENVER, CO (April 23, 2025) – PorchLight Real Estate Group, a residential brokerage serving communities along the Front Range, including the greater Denver metro and Boulder areas, was honored with multiple awards at the 47th Annual Denver Metro REALTORS® Excellence Awards ceremony held on April 17th at the Sewall Ballroom at the Colorado Performing Arts Center.
In the 31-50 agents category, PorchLight's Cherry Creek office ranked #3 for Sales Production and #3 for Number of Transactions. In the same category, the brokerage's Highlands office ranked #5 in Sales Production and #5 for Number of Transactions.
PorchLight team, 5280 City Living, came in at #5 for Sales Production in the Top Team Awards (6-15 members).
In addition, several individual agents, teams, and partnerships were also recognized.
Despite continue challenges for the industry, including higher mortgage rates, inflation and market rebalancing, the brokerage and its nearly 200 agents persevered, serving as advocates and guides to their clients. Amy Bayer, Co-Founder and CEO of PorchLight, had this to say:
