In real estate, I use my negotiating skills to help clients build security by owning a home, as well as build both short-term and long-term wealth. I assist in purchasing properties to fix and flip—or developing a real estate portfolio that enables you to build wealth over time. I truly love meeting new people, being a local resource, and guiding a successful house hunt.
 
I like to start by talking about needs and wants. I can then provide you with market education and thoughtfully curated properties for you to view. I will also empower you with the knowledge and insight needed to make the best possible decisions. You will be encouraged to say no, and you will never be pressured. I always make time for my clients to evaluate and ask questions. As we progress, I’ll use my experience as a client advocate to help you avoid any potential problems.
 
Of course, I’m at my best when faced with clients’ toughest challenges. When negotiating, my direct, creative, and diplomatic style produces exceptional, efficient results.
 
I live in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood which offers great parks, easy access to dining in Cherry Creek and Lowry, plus great nearby bike trails. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, running, and spending time with my family. I have an awesome partner and I’m a stepmom to two amazing teenagers. We also have a pair of spirited Goldendoodles, Scout and Bear.
