ABOUT CHELSEY

I am a former D1 athlete with a master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Administrations, and while I intended to become a collegiate coach, my career in real estate has numerous parallels.

I love the hustle and derive a lot of energy from being with people. I’m passionate about guiding clients in accomplishing their goals, whether they want to make their dream of homeownership come true, find the perfect property to flip, or land the best offer for their home. I’m keen on strategy, able to negotiate any challenge, and experienced at ensuring smooth transactions. 

My business spans three areas. My sister and I flip and develop roughly 12 projects each year. My husband and I own 35 rental properties (and we’re still growing), and my team and I sell around 100 homes each year. We work with all types of people. I love creating a vision for what a space can be. I love walking into a home when the walls talk to a client. Most importantly, I love helping people create wealth over time. I believe that everyone needs to own as much dirt as possible. Sky’s the limit on how much you can make as an investor!

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado with my family. I love trying out new restaurants, watching sports, yoga, traveling—and I’m also a bodybuilder! My handsome husband owns a law firm and is a former University of Oklahoma football player. I attended at the same time and played for the Women’s Golf Team. We’re still huge OU fans raising little Sooner babies. We have two young daughters who are best friends, and a baby boy who is a little love. Our family also includes a Rottweiler named Dixie and a kitty named Minnie Mouse. 

We currently live in Erie because of the community feel. There are so many families around us with young children like ours. And to me, family is my everything. From my children to my real estate team, they are the people I want to be with the most, they are what makes my "why" worth it, my biggest cheerleaders. I consider myself truly blessed.

ABOUT BROOKE

Prior to real estate, I attended the University of Oklahoma where I competed in D1 golf. After graduating, I found myself teaching the sport for four years at Omni Interlocken resort, followed by the Boulder Country Club. It was during this time that my sister, Chelsey, and I bought our first flip home. This was the catalyst for my love of everything real estate.

Today, I’m a full-time agent while continuing to tackle around 12 scrape/development projects each year with my sister. We’re also constantly growing our rental portfolio. We currently have nine properties located in Oklahoma and Colorado. I love working with any and all types of people, from first-time buyers looking to make their dreams of homeownership come true, to experienced investors, flippers, and developers seeking maximum potential. And with my experience on both sides of the real estate transaction, I’m an expert at negotiating the best deal and securing top-dollar returns.

Outside of work, I’m married and have a two-year-old son who is already obsessed with golf, and I’m hoping he follows in my footsteps with wanting to compete. We reside in Erie which we love for everything it has to offer, including parks, trails, and a quaint downtown that’s always a great visit with the fam! During the winter, you can find us on the ski slopes. In the summer, you will find us on the water where we enjoy wake surfing and spending time as a family. We are also members of the TPC Colorado golf club in Berthoud and spend many hours on the course.
