From the Kansas City area, Erica attended Northwest Missouri State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Interior Design - with a minor in Business. While her background includes over a decade of working as a project manager in the utility industry, she decided to pursue a life-long passion for real estate after marrying the love of her life, and moving to Longmont. Now as a real estate agent and investor, her business skills, and vast knowledge of design give her a unique advantage when marketing and showing properties, as well as finding clients the best deals on the market. Along the way, she provides honest communication and a thoughtful approach. Erica loves meeting new people and being a local neighborhood guide. She keeps everything organized, handles all the details, and leans into industry contacts and resources to ensure the best possible outcomes. Erica and family live in Somerset Meadows in Longmont with her husband, four children (two of her own and two bonus kids), a fur-baby named Dixie, and three chickens. When she's not working, you’ll find her gardening, traveling, managing and renovating personal t real estate investments, and volunteering with the local Veterans Community Project and Head For A Cure. She is active all activities for her kids, helps out with football concessions, helps on the PTO, and participates in neighborhood events.
