"When my wife and I walked our Park Hill neighborhood in the early 90’s, we noticed the realtor choice among our neighbors was Lynn Olesky, so when it came time to sell our own home, the choice was obvious.  After listing our home with Lynn, we moved to our second home in the mountains.  During that time Lynn was very proactive, staging the home, checking the mail, coordinating repairs, and communicating potential buyer feedback after each showing. Homes weren’t moving quickly at that time, so we rented the home to a friend while we moved out of state, which made it more challenging for Lynn to sell.  I’m sure we don’t know half of what she did to get it done…but she did. When we moved back to Colorado a couple years later, of course we called Lynn. She was right.  We sold the home 8 years later, more than doubling our money, which allowed us to build our forever home in Brighton.  We will be forever grateful. We’ve now been in our current home for 19 years, and have no plans on moving in the near future, but when we do, our 1st call will be to Lynn."
