Buying or selling a home can be a daunting undertaking. After all, it’s likely your largest asset. To ease the worry and make the process enjoyable, my approach is to first educate you about the steps involved, the market, contracts, and the value of asking questions along the way. 

I firmly believe that communication is of the essence, so I seek to understand your needs, wants and desires. What is your time frame? Why are you looking to buy or sell? What does a successful outcome look like to you? This allows me to not only meet your expectations but exceed them. 

Having grown up around real estate my entire life, I got my start by investing which then sparked a passion for the industry. Before moving to Longmont, I lived in Boulder for over 30 years and watched the market skyrocket, leading to positive and negative changes. By combining a wealth of firsthand experience and knowledge with my background as a teacher, I can coach and guide you in finding your first home, a solid investment property, or selling for absolute top dollar.

Outside of work, I love my Longmont neighborhood and its easy access to great trails for hiking and biking. I also enjoy gardening and cooking, watching sports and traveling. I’ve been married for 33 years to a wonderful man and have two grown children who live in British Columbia, Canada.
